I did not know Shawn or Karen or the children. I am just another line pilot from the East who is heart broken over your loss. How absolutely tragic. I cannot imagine the depth of your sorrow at this moment. Please accept our deepest condolences from me and my family. I will pray that you can find comfort and peace in the days and years ahead. I so wish that there was something that I could do to make the pain go away.

I cannot remotely imagine the deviation that you are going thru. As if it’s not tragic enough to lose just one child but losing three has to be heart wrenching. My heart is wrenching now, for you, as I write this.
They say that God is “all Loving and all Good.” If this is true then why does He do such cruel acts like this to innocent children, and why does He make parents, like you, suffer from His acts?
They say that things happen for a reason. What
Possible Reason could He have for taking away our children that are so very Precious to us? I don’t, and Never will understand this!
They also say that He never gives you a Cross heavier than you can carry. This one I do understand, but it still doesn’t make any sense.
Even though He gives us all of this termoil, we Need to Still Beleive in Him and Still Have Faith in Him.
Karen, I know that I don’t know you or you me, but please know that there are millions of people here to help you bear this Cross that you are carrying thru our Prayers & condolences.
Never be afraid to ask for help to get thru this horrendous time. The help will never fix this but it may
get you through to the next day a little easier.

I do not know you or your family. I do know our Lord God is holding you in his arms with peace & love, Karen. My heart aches for you. This is a terrible loss for you all. You do have angels above as of now. Hold on to all the wonderful memories.

Hello Karen,
I don’t know you, but I learned of your tragedy from a Delta Flight Attendant friend.
Nothing could be more devastating than losing the loves of your life, your children. Take what comfort you can, when you can, in knowing that others care for you. Lean on others when you need to, stand alone when you need to, have fun and love again when the time is right. My prayers are with you through this darkest time in your life, and remain in the lighter times.
You and your family are in my prayers that you may find solice and peace.

Karen, I’ve never met you, but I feel as though I know you. I’m in VA and can’t get you and your beautiful family out of my mind. It’s true what people are saying. The world is grieving with you. You are not alone and your gorgeous children will never be forgotten. I am so very sad that this horrible tragedy happened. Please know that you are being thought of by people you’ve never met.

i live in apache junction, i saw the plane wreck from my apartment, i follwed the news the whole nite. and when heard whom was on that plane, my heart became so heavy and my eyes just filled with tears. i am so sorry 4 your lost. i can see from your pictures that you are a strong woman, and a very loving mother. the only thing i can do for you and yours is….i am sending to you some of my most powerful guardian angels too watch over you and gudie you, keep them as long as you need them.
